If you need to attach a photo or add notes to an order retroactively, please follow these steps.

Steps:

1. Login to your AIV backend
2. Navigate to the order that you want to attach an image or add notes to. For tips on how to find an order, click here.
3. To add notes, click the text box in the center top of the page named “Add Note”. Click Save Note.
4. To attach an image, click Action > File Upload
5. A pop-up will appear, click New and proceed to upload your image.
