How to Find a Tracking Number in AIV

Difficulty: Moderate

All In View automatically sends tracking numbers via email notifications or by pushing via API back to your 3PC. However, there might be a multitude of reasons you might need to find the tracking number for an order another way.

Steps:

  1. Login to your AIV backend
  2. On the START page, click the dropdown box and select the order (alternate: search for the AIV order number in the “Search” box. See How To Search For an Order)
  3. On the ORDER page, click Actions > Tracking Number
  4. Pop-up should appear with tracking number
