Steps:

1. Login to your All In View frontend
2. Navigate to the product you want and add to cart
3. Click View Cart
4. Click Checkout
5. Input billing and shipping info, if you wish to CC an additional email for order info, put their email in the Notifications field.
6. Select PO or Credit Card, respectivley.
7. Click Place Order
